At LwangBlack Canada, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used coffee items. If you have received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective package, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@lwangblack.ca with your order number and supporting photos of the issue.
We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request if it does not meet these conditions.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged upon arrival
- You received the incorrect item
- The item was never delivered (with verified tracking)
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
3. Replacements
In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. If available, you may choose to receive a new item at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@lwangblack.ca After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and shipped, and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
